A New Era of Event Hospitality: Wellbeing at the Forefront
We are proud to announce our new experience partnership with O‑Studio Hamilton, bringing together two local organisations committed to elevating wellbeing, enhancing visitor experiences, and showcasing the very best of what Kirikiriroa, Hamilton has to offer.
The collaboration is built on a shared ethos: creating memorable moments for clients, partners, delegates and event attendees by ensuring wellness sits at the forefront of every experience. Combining our expertise in event delivery with O‑Studio’s leading wellness and recovery services, the partnership aims to offer visitors and locals an opportunity to rest, reset and reconnect during their time in the city.
O‑Studio Hamilton offers a carefully curated suite of services including contrast therapy (sauna and cold plunge), float therapy, massage, performance and recovery tools, Yoga, Pilates and mindfulness classes. Their space is designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing, offering a calm, restorative environment for high‑performance athletes, event attendees, business travellers, conference delegates and Hamilton locals alike.
At H3 Group we live and breathe events, from those designed to share ideas and knowledge, to those created purely for entertainment. H3 Group brings together Hamilton’s premier event venues – Claudelands, FMG Stadium Waikato, Seddon Park and Hamilton Gardens, with a highly skilled and passionate team to deliver an unrivalled standard of service. Our guiding principles underpin every aspect of our work. They embody our team’s commitment to being Dedicated Hosts, reinforce the unity and collaboration that define a Tight Team, and drive our organisation’s ambition to be Best in the Business.
Julia McLean, H3 Group Client Excellence Lead, says the partnership strengthens the organisation’s commitment to providing more than just exceptional events, “At H3 Group we are dedicated to not only delivering exceptional events but equally dedicated to curating memorable experiences in our city. Partnering with O‑Studio allows us to extend that care beyond our venues, offering visitors a place to recharge, recover and truly experience the manaakitanga our region is known for.”
The value of this partnership was demonstrated in February when H3 Group hosted the Harvery Norman NRL All Stars Māori and Indigenous Men’s and Women’s teams, along with staff and whānau travelling from across Aotearoa and Australia. During their week‑long stay, O‑Studio provided players with space to rest, recover and prepare, helping ensure they were match‑fit ahead of their games at FMG Stadium Waikato. The experience showcased the power of combining high‑performance sport with holistic wellbeing support.
Brooke Hayde, Owner of O‑Studio Hamilton, says the alignment with H3 Group felt natural from the beginning, “We are extremely excited to partner with H3 Group. We find great alignment in what we are both striving to provide for Hamiltonians and visitors to our city. Focusing on both physical and mental health can lead to impactful changes in every area of life. At O‑Studio, you’ll find a calm setting, expert services, and a community of like‑minded individuals, all here to help you achieve your goals within and beyond the studio.”

Together, H3 Group and O‑Studio Hamilton will introduce a range of unique wellness‑focused experiences, including:
