Seddon Park
Recognised as one of the cricket world’s best “boutique” grounds, Seddon Park is the home of cricket in Hamilton
Tree-lined grassy banks around two-thirds of the ground give Seddon Park a distinct ‘village green’ feel, and were noted as one of its striking features by influential cricket magazine The Cricketer, which in 2012 rated it as one of the 20 best Test cricket venues in the world.
Seddon Park is equipped with four floodlights, which are used for day-night matches at both domestic and international level, and can be utilised for other events taking place at the venue.
The venue has several rooms available for private functions including meetings, birthday parties, weddings, cultural events and other celebrations.
