H3 Group is thrilled to announce the release of their latest Soundcheck podcast episode, featuring Chris Simpson, former Head of Major Events for Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, now heading his own company, Major Events Group.
A former Tall Black, Chris has an extensive list of events in his CV including the bid process for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, the 2017 World Masters Games and the 2015 Cricket World Cup.
Chris discusses with Gary Taylor, H3’s Business Development Manager the event industry post-covid, the strategies involved in bidding successfully for major events and the true value big events bring to communities throughout New Zealand
