Event organisers reach new heights after the ‘Two of a Kind’ express famil
Local business event organisers were invited to discover what makes H3 Group’s venues ‘Two of a Kind’. The familiarisation trip ‘Two of a Kind’ saw invited guests tour two of H3’s venues, FMG Stadium Waikato and Claudelands Conference and Exhibition Centre.
The famil included a captivating FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ presentation from H3’s Major Events Manager, Rebecca Aston highlighting the importance this major event has on our city, region, and country. Accompanied with an exhilarating roof-top walk where guests experienced sky-high views of FMG Stadium Waikato, thanks to the safe guidance of H3’s acting Facilities Manager, John Hunter. Guests were also invited to walk down the players tunnel and under the sacred carvings, Nga Tapuwae Ki Te Ao Marama (Sacred Footsteps into the World of Light).
Guests experienced a unique back-of-house tour, witnessing various events packing-in simultaneously. This highlighted the versatility of both venues and the ranging types of events H3 welcome on-site at any given time.
Once venue tours were complete, H3’s service and food partner, Montana Food and Events hosted a soul warming three-course lunch in the Upper Arena Concourse in Claudelands Conference and Exhibition Centre. Guests were treated to an interactive dining experience where the herb centrepieces were also key components used in the entrée. Guests were invited to pluck from the herb plants of their choice, add it to their dish and enjoy.
The famil included an impressive visual screen display from Vidcom New Zealand, H3’s preferred audio-visual partner and transportation between venues were hosted by Leisure Time Tours, H3’s preferred transportation service.
Expressions of interest are open now for those wishing to be hosted at the next express famil. Contact the friendly H3 Group team today and see for yourself what their venues have to offer.
