GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands welcomes largest Waikato Business Awards to date

H3 Group is proud to celebrate the growth of the esteemed Waikato Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, supported by Fosters, as they prepare to host their largest awards gala at GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands.
On Friday 15 November, over 740 guests from across the region will gather to celebrate and acknowledge the success of Waikato businesses. For over 15 years, the Waikato Chamber of Commerce has hosted a diverse range of events across H3’s suite of venues, from FMG Stadium Waikato to Claudelands Events Centre.
H3 Director, Ben Slatter, says, “It’s outstanding to witness the growth of not only the Waikato Business Awards but also the Waikato Chamber itself and appreciate the immense advocacy, support, and valuable services they provide to our regional businesses.”
Since the event’s inception in 1992, the Waikato Business Awards’ attendance has continued to climb, Slatter added, “It’s incredibly positive to see the event move into GLOBOX Arena, Claudelands, for the first time. We are proud to be part of this significant milestone and look forward to welcoming businesses from across Waikato to Claudelands.”
The awards encompass 13 categories, including Emerging Leader of the Year, Community Contribution, and Business Growth and Strategy, among others.
Chamber CEO Don Good noted that the awards have grown substantially over the past few years. He has always been impressed by Waikato’s pioneering, high-performance business spirit that shines through in the awards.
“The awards provide an opportunity for businesses to increase their exposure and receive professional insights and recommendations on their strategy,” said Good.
H3’s talented team of event specialists, along with stakeholders and sponsors, are preparing to ensure an unforgettable experience for all attendees. The event is set to impress and showcase the very best of Waikato’s regional business community and pave the way for their future growth and success.
