The state-of-the-art Heaphy Room is located on the ground floor of Claudelands.

Key features of this room include integrated audio visual, complete lighting rig and bars for additional lighting, configurable sound-proof partition wall to divide room into thirds, acoustic design, carpet and easy access to breakout rooms.

Accessible restrooms and lift to the upper conference centre are located close to the main Heaphy Room entrance.
